So because i didn't come to work one day an i told my boss that he doesn't treat his workers right (and a host of other problems) he says its “breaking of contract” and that he doesn't have to pay me.
Now i posted this same exact post on another sub a few weeks ago and people told me to contact department of labor and such which i did. But it turns out that its gonna cost me quite a bit to set up a lawsuit (and we're not even talking about the hourly rate of an lawyer).
So to sum it up without going into detail (cuz that would be too long and im lazy) im basically fucked from all sides. However i really don't want him to get away with this so how can i make him pay?
