i've been speculating on reasons why, these are the best i could come up with:

too much overtime (was getting 2-3 hours a week) they're usually super strict about working more than 40 hours and i wasn't paying attention.

most of my employees don't speak English so i have no way of enforcing them to pay 50% for their food, but i also need to put the food usage in the system, so i just placed them as 100% off. i only really enforced buying sodas and stuff we ran out of a lot

i accidentally set off the fire alarm one day, and when the fire department arrived they were NOT happy with the state of the store. a door couldn't open, so they broke it down, there was no smoke detector in the back just wires, the oven hadn't been cleaned in almost a year and needs to be cleaned at least every 6 months, and the alarm panel didn't have glass.
which one do you guys think it is?
