We get a lot of fastfood coupons in the mail that nobody uses so i started clipping the ones i like. I get about 4 “$12 family pack” Arby's coupons each week. Stress eating Arby's on my lunch break is my only shred of happiness at this horrible job but of course, my boss had to ruin that too.
He seen the clippings in the trash and asked if i had been using the company's coupons (that just go in the trash anyway). I said “sometimes i do so i can afford to eat”.
He started yelling and tried to flip his desk but it was too heavy so he came over and flipped MY desk over and soccer kicked my favorite rick and morty stapler across the room.
I was so upset i started vomiting up my $12 family pack but there was so much vomit that it rolled over and got on the bosses mink rug. He screamed so loud in my ears that i accidentally released excrement in my company leased work pants.
He said my wages were going to be garnished to cover the damage to company property and that ill be facing another pay cut for stealing the coupons.
I asked my boss to just fire me but he said he'd rather die than see me thrive on unemployment.
I tried to go to HR but his wife is the head of the hr department and just hangs up on me every time.
Im at my wits end here, and don't know what to do. Id love to quit but i need to feed my cat
