I dropped college to become full time in work. I was put on a 21 hour contract but I was actually doing 35. I was fine with that. In the last week I have found out the she lied to me and has put me on a 7 hour contract.
When I was in college I asked for 21 hours and was given 14. So I was lied to about my contract when I joined and have been lied to which led me to dropping college. It’s really fucked me over. Is there anything I can do about this? I have asked continuously for more hours but she says “ there are no shifts to give” even though she hired a boy last month and gave him a 28 hour contract
