I have two jobs and from what I’m told, all the other employees say i can leave after 8 hours no problem. When i ask my boss he says I’m abandoning my team and he needs me here for 10 so we all work together. And also said I’m gonna have to figure out which one is more important to me. I’m 27M with an almost one year old and on the verge of paying child support. Is he allowed to make me stay? Can he tell me to leave my other job? Employees drink on the job and when he was told he said “as long as they’re getting their work done. His cousin sits down and watches porn on the clock.
