My boss has a low Glassdoor rating of like 3.2. This is honestly good for him but half of the reviews are ones that he has asked employees to make. He’s asked me to submit a 5 star one too but I didn’t. Most of them are specifically about him, the CEO, and his micromanagement. He also has one about sexual harassment from an employee that left. It’s disgusting because he doesn’t take any of the reviews to heart, he’s not trying to change or improve the company culture to prevent bad reviews, he’s trying to hire someone to erase them or write them over. He tried this once in the past and it turned out to be a scam. Kind of hoping we have that happen again just so more people have an idea of what they are walking into.
