So I work in sales in a phone business in the UK. We get a lot of fraud come in quite often where I work. However someone I served happened to be fraud. Its been flagged on our system and now the company is looking to punish someone. The phone was an £800 ($966) phone so they have looking at an £800 fine. Well today is payday I've just gotten home checked the bank and now I've seen I've been underpaid. You see I was expecting a good pay day because as many of u may know sales are commission based and as I am on a 40hr week I'm expecting a minimum of 1.4k a month (without commission with it should be 1.9) I have been paid little over £900. legally I have done everything I have to to avoid fraud such as an I'd check provided by the company as well as a credit check which has nothing to do with iding the customer in front of me.
Now I'm really anxious as this is my first job and I have no one to go to for advice other than here because the next person up from me is also the next person down from my boss who just happens to be in my boss's pocket. I don't know what to do or even if I should be looking at legal action. Some advice would be much appreciated
