I’ve been with company for 6 months. I guess after every time someone resigns she calls and gets more info on why and what to do better. They have never liked me I could tell, they would set different rules with me. Like a new one added no phone near you. I’m the manager, and I have zero power to help customers or make situations better without getting barked at by them. They constantly watch cameras only on me “Why did you word it like that ect”. My friend that’s a manger they never did that with- she actually quit second month in on how passive aggressive they are towards me. I should have had more self worth and quit then. I have been in this industry for 8 years, I’m over being babied. I don’t love confrontation though and I need tips for this phone call
