My boss now says we can’t take our extra breaks during the last hour of our shift, after doing it for years with no issue from other management.

Little do they know, it’s not a document policy and myself as well as others under their supervision are keeping track of when they take their extra breaks. Surprise surprise, they are breaking their own rule. We have screenshots, time stamps and we’re stacking them up. Once we catch on that it’s a trend, we’re calling them out. I don’t play this game of micromanaging bs and I don’t do this one person gets to break their imaginary rule.
