My boss/pay lady literally keeps telling me I’m paid way above award wage when they don’t know my award.

So I recently realised I’ve not been receiving the correct entitlements, and I asked if they could look into annual leave loading. I’m entitled to it as the type of employee I am, and I stated the clause which said that. It’s been weeks since I first asked, and I keep hearing ‘we pay you well above award wage’. Which in fact they don’t, they pay me $1 above award wage and then underpay me $6 per hour on a weekend, and like $50 an hour on public holidays (which I realised I have no way of proving because my pay slips don’t specify). My boss ambushed me and did a quick calculation that meant if I was to get annual leave loading on minimum wage that would equal the same salary I am on now so therefore I am ‘being paid well above award’, and then told my manager we sorted it all out and had a great conversation. They also owe me over $2k in superannuation which they tell me they’ll pay and they’re upset we don’t think they’ll pay us (all the employees are owed super from the previous year). Anyway I handed in my resignation and have 3 weeks left but 0 motivation to want to go into work. Kicking myself for not looking into things properly when I started. If I ever become a boss I hope I never treat people like this.
