Recently took a job that offered 2 days a week from home/flexible working if not required in the office. First month down and my boss sends an email asking for a 1 month review at 4:45pm on Friday… Tells me I'm working from home too much and that when I worked from home because my wife had a pregnancy scan he said “the NHS don't know what hard work is” and that I'm going about this the wrong way and need to work from the office for the next 6 months…
What should I do, stick this out or find a new job? Oh and he also said I have finished work at 3pm everyday (normal hours are 9-5) but I've taken multiple appointments after 6pm..
