My boss sabotaged my new position.

I was set to tranfer to a different department at my firm. HR was on board as was my new manager, who was actually giddy to have me on her team. I was set to get a nice raise as well and was told I'd be contacted about transitioning. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks, so I emailed HR about my new start date. The director of HR then called to tell me that they could not follow through on their offer due to “personnel” reasons and could not give me any more information. They encouraged me to apply for other openings (which also have not panned out). The only person that wasn't onboard with my transition is my current supervisor. You are so good at current job.”

I've also worked at this company for a total of 3 years, rehired last summer after moving out of state in 2020 and have not received the yearly raises I was told are common practice.
