They already don't pay us any over time and require we work outside of hours, but recently due to a very busy week, everyone had overtime which caused “time card corrections”. After this they stated that if we have to submit corrections more than once a month we are going to be terminated. It's caused a lot of tension and uncomfortably as we were already upset about not being paid overtime. I've applied for other jobs this week, I love my coworkers and the work itself, but I do not feel safe with the company.
