Hi, so I am here to vent.
So this month I had covid for two weeks, you know, temperature, sore throat, weakness, coughing, loss of taste and smell. Had my doctors note to prove it too.
So last week I returned back to work and my boss was like: “Do you need attention? I don't believe that you had covid. You're a liar!”
So I got her proof that I really had covid and she responded: “I don't need proof, the doctor gave you the note and that's that. You should stop caring about your health. It doesn't matter to me and it shouldn't matter to you either!”
Now every time I see her, I am pissed off beyond belief.
I am hoping to leave this company on the 1 year mark to get unemployment benefits (which will be on December 1st!!) until I find a better job or a job from home. So yeah.. Fuck retail man and fuck this useless boss.
