my boss thinks it’s inconvenient I have to care for my nan on my days off

I can’t take overtime or make up hours as my nan needs full time care. We can’t afford any help so my family members and I do it on our days off. Unfortunately for my boss that just won’t do! Leaving this hell hole on the 23rd
