I'm 19 and just finished my first year of college. I work as a waitress at a BBQ place. We usually dress “country” at work, meaning tied off flannel shirts, cowboy boots, and jean shorts. I'm new to working there, so we were talking about unifroms and clothes and stuff, and recently my manager threw in that I should consider wearing shorter shorts to get more tips. It was a suggestion more than an order. But I'm still not sure what I should do or how to react! What do you all think?
