I am being told by my coworkers that we are not paid for an 1 1/2 hour trip we have to take to get to the worksite everyday, even though we are on the clock, our time is being used by the company, and we are taking the work truck. Isn't this wage theft since employment is technically paying for a person's time and we are driving for work purposes?
Edit: For clarification we have to commute in our own vehicles to the shop then load up in the trucks and take them to the jobsites. This jobsite we are going to is not a regular, it's state funded and is well out of our normal boundaries.
