I made an anonymous comment in our employee survey about how I felt that the fact that [company] will be becoming a £x BILLION pound company soon, and that me and my teammates make around 10k less than the industry standard for what we do (technical writing), didn’t square up for me and that I hoped that salaries would increase somewhat accordingly. He said he wants to speak to me in person. Should I???? What would you do?
