My brother just walked away out of the last interview to what was supposed to be his dream job, because his manager to be was toxic. So proud of him!

He was very excited about this role. He already had 3 interviews and he passed all of them, this was supposed to be the last one. Well, he met his to be manager for an hour. He told me that for the whole time, the manager just tried to sound smart while obviously having little understanding of the field. He tried to belittle everyone in the room by contradicting whatever ever they say and insulting them. He made stupid remarks and did not let anyone finish their sentence. My brother, who is an expert in the field, was asked something. He answered and the other guy just started to make unrelated remarks to make himself sound smart for almost 10 minutes. My brother decided it’s just not worth it. No amount of money is worth working in a toxic environment. His mental health is worth more than money. He got up, thanked them for the opportunity, and walked out.
