My brother's Instagram page was shown to his boss, where his bio said “leftist skinhead”. For those that don't know, skinhead culture was founded by working class British mods and black Jamaican immigrants in the 60s. It's was a bunch of working class tough guys who hated cops and loved Jamaican music, but in the 70's and 80's neo nazis appropriated the style to intimidate people, because skinheads had a reputation for violence.
Anyway, my brother's Instagram was showed to his boss by someone who works at the gym who is always causing drama. His boss went and showed and told all his coworkers before he was told about it, and now they are going to use Spyware to monitor what he posts, since his account is private. Is this legal?
