Hi,
So I work in a supermarket and my friend at work has just come out as gay. He only told a few of us but word got around. The manager is a very conservative Christian and found out, and is now watching him like a hawk and he was a few minutes late the other day and he got written up for it, and today he forgot his uniform shirt and they are saying they are cutting his hours. He's casual so basically this is like firing him, what should I do to help him out because I know this is just the manager taking out his personal views. Others of us have done similar things but not faced the same issues.
