My company demoted me for a work accident that they could never prove, what are my options?

For context, I am a class A CDL truck driver for probably the biggest shipping company in the world, if you live in Memphis you know what company this is. A few months ago after driving the company truck just 19 miles in the city I work in I park at one of our facilities to begin getting loaded up with freight. About 15 to 20 minutes later people come in yelling saying that my truck had caught on fire. The fire is on the back of the truck where the truck meets the trailer. The fire is caused by an electrical cable that operates the lift gate on a trailer (the trailer I was using that day didn't have a lift gate so I wasn't using this cable). The fire was quickly put out and all was well, or so i thought. The next day I'm put on…

The fire is on the back of the truck where the truck meets the trailer. The fire is caused by an electrical cable that operates the lift gate on a trailer (the trailer I was using that day didn't have a lift gate so I wasn't using this cable). The fire was quickly put out and all was well, or so i thought. The next day I'm put on a paid suspension while the company investigates. A week later they let me know they have come to the conclusion it was my fault and I will be losing my driving position and demoted back to a package handler.

I was in shock and disbelief to say the least. I asked them to check the cameras at both the facility I started driving at and the one I drove to and parked at because the cameras would show I had stowed the cable correctly. They said they did check but the cameras either weren't working or not properly positioned. I asked to see the footage and they refused on multiple occasions to let me see any footage. I also know I stowed that cable correctly because I remember doing it that day just like I do it every day for the last 3 years I have been driving for them.

What are my options going forward? I live in Nevada, is there a labor division or something I should contact?
