Over the past month, one co-worker has clearly not been putting in even the bare minimum. I mean this guy does 1/5th the work the rest of us do in 1 day over the span of 1 week. Now our boss announces they've created a new position for him, which is barely even a position. This guy is one of the newest members on the team, has not performed well, and has not ever made an attempt to collaborate with the rest of the team. None of that matters though when the CEO is old friends with your mom and dad I guess.
