my company is denying me a HEPA air filter in my workspace

A few weeks ago management bought HEPA air filters to all staff housing and offices because of wildfire smoke. I came to work at a space I haven’t been for over a week today. I got an email from upper management saying staff should use the air filters in their offices. There is no air filter here. I emailed back asking if I could get an air filter for this space. My immediate boss emailed back telling me the wind will shift eventually and to basically suck it up. Upper management ignored me and continued sending out emails about how dangerous the air quality is today (300-500 AQI). Over the last few days management and staff in different departments were told to work from home. What should I do?
