My company is expecting everyone to donate to the Susan G. Komen breast cancer awareness foundation, but I am skeptic about donating to this charity.

So this Friday at my manufacturing plant, there's this drive to “Pink out the plant!” They want us to donate money to the Susan G. Komen foundation for breast cancer awareness, and we receive a pink T-shirt! While I respect donating for a cause, I have reservations against donating to the Susan G. Komen foundation. The CEO of this charity makes almost a million dollars a year, and there was bad press several years ago that 20 cents on the dollar actually goes to researching cancer prevention. The rest of the money goes towards marketing the charity. I would rather my money go towards cancer research than a marketing company, but everyone is buying into it, and I'm going to be the only one without this stupid pink T-shirt. What would you do?
