I don't even make $30 an hour, I don't understand how giving bosses a gift is so regularly accepted.
There are 6 of us total so that's $180 for a gift for someone who is most likely not going to even give us a bonus or yearly raise to go along with inflation.

How do I tell them NO WAY without them taking it personally?
