It's messing with my mental health, I'm not being given the proper tools to do my job then I basically get told I have to produce results. It's fucking with my mental health badly, I cry everyday and would really prefer to just drop dead rather than work.
My contract states I have to give 4 weeks notice but they be accept 2 weeks. I can't imagine working for this company for another 2 weeks.
I dont have another job so I'm taking a risk but I feel like it's worth it.
Could they come after me for not giving notice?
