My employer lied about the pay on their offer letter

Back in July after being unemployed for a year, I received and interview and then an offer with a large customer service company to do remote customer support for a large clothing brand. The offer letter said exactly, “The pay rate is $13 first 3 pay periods, $14 next 3 pay periods, and $15 ongoing.” I entered my 4th pay period on 10/2, but by 10/6 I didn't see a change in ADP, so I reached out to HR to confirm the pay bump but heard nothing back all week. Reached out to my boss today who forward it along to a Senior Lead higher up who called my offer letter “misleading” so I won't be getting any sort of bump in pay. I just reached out to HR again today through their portal but after not receiving a reply in the first place I'm not expecting anything. I guess…

I guess it's time to start looking for a new job during my breaks.
