My employer (Cleo AI, money budgeting app) is commiting labour violations in 3 different countries. We were quite happy to work with management in order to solve this so they complied with the law. When the time came to speak with them, our CEO and all of upper management bailed a minute before the meeting was meant to begin. They have decided to hire anti union lawyers in order to try and prevent their guaranteed rights. Very glad to have organised the affected people prior to this, and that they are standing strong.
