I am on maternity leave and my employment was terminated today. They said that my skill set no longer fits the requirement and level of the organization. I feel like crap. My manager was never available when I had questions and would always forget the direction she had given me and said it was something else.
After this, I just want a government union job, where I can get paid OK, do my work and go home. I’m tired of taking on high stress jobs with a lack of leadership.
I feel sad. Please make me feel better lol
