My experience with the working world

Me: The looks like an interesting position based on my skills and interests (I hear back saying I don’t meet the requirements or they don’t have the time to train) Me: I got hired for a job that should be basic based on the pay (The job is for two people and involves complex processes management doesn’t even understand) Me: Management is demeaning to lower level employees and hobbles their interests (Management gaslights others and guesses that they just aren’t prepared enough) I think we have massive illusion in our economy about what people want to do with their interests and how they could happen.
