My family is a $100 emergency away from being on the street

I make $11.60 an hour, I work 40 hours a week ($928 before taxes). My rent is $500 a month, electricity is $250 a month or more, water is $35-60 per month, gas is $50 a month, groceries are $600 per month for a family of 5, car payment is $225 a month, car insurance is $120, personal loan is $80. At the end of the month I'm -$942 in the hole, not counting gasoline and cigarettes. Tell me how my family is supposed to survive let alone live like this?
