So my fiancée has been dedicated to his job for a long time, he started off as a server and worked his way to becoming a bartender, he is, without a doubt one of if not their best and hardest worker. He doesn't do drama, he shows up to every shift (unless there's an emergency) he is good at what he does. Lately they've been moving more people to his area and sending him home early. When they send people home early they only make “the minium” for that shift, being $75. Sometimes they have to draw straws to see who has to go home early and only get the minimum and he has been the one who sadly got the short straw every. Time…. I don't have a job ATM (due to health issues and “diffrences” at work…) so we rely basically on his income only to survive… and they've been sending him home early every night, he doesn't fight it or argue because he is so sweet, but they just do not treat him right for how loyal and hardworking he is. We've been looking for new jobs,both of us but haven't had much luck…. I'm just so tired of all of this, neither of us even want to work but we have to, to survive which has been really hard to do lately…. I just needed to rant, because it seems like everything is falling apart…. my parents went to jail and my kid sister is in foster care, I really want to get her but we can't even afford to live ourselves. We only have a stupid small studio, that we pay $650 for… I'm losing weight from stress, I'm just so exhausted….I know people here can relate so I'm sorry for ranting I just need a friend and advice.
