So i gave my resignation letter to the company that i have been with for over 18 months but, they just decided to offer me a full time opportunity with less money than (the new company). And they said that i have to decide formally if im going to accept the offer or deny and on top of that if denied i have to work to more days thats beyond the starting day at the new company or otherwise they will put a redflag on me What should i do ?
