So I got a job few months ago. I do graphic design I post a lot online which I should probably private my accounts but I like posting memes and stuff and I feel like work shouldnt control every single aspect of my life. I put some of the designs I made at work on my online portfolio and my work was stalking my social media and I had a separate Instagram that I would post my designs on and i had my portfolio linked in my bio. They found out I did that and got mad at me I honestly didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to do that but I guess I know now to ask for the next time. But they fired me for it and now it’s been 5 days of me being fired and I noticed that they were watching my Instagram stories on multiple accounts. But it’s honestly annoying me so much. I blocked the accounts but this is really making me not want to work ever again.
