My friends from the internet made my boss “quit”

I work as a public employee in a country where public employees have some privileges like higher average income and also I cannot be fired from my job unless I do something really, really bad. My boss was the worst person you can imagine. She was racist, homophobic, rude, and used to scream at everyone. Before I was hired along with many others, people working my current position were not hired by the government, they were regular workers, so they were scared as hell to say anything about my boss, afraid they'd lose their jobs. So there was no complain about her. Although talking to anyone in my workplace you'd soon find out that even the boss of my boss was scared of her. She was that Karen threatening to sue you if you told her she was being rude. I used to have anxiety crisis just looking at her.…

I used to have anxiety crisis just looking at her. I was constantly scared. It's rather have a stone the size of a nail in my kidneys than go to work.

Anyway, at some point she started going to my Facebook page to comment on my posts, saying things like “you better stop these stupid conclusions” on political matters. And I politely explained to her that my Facebook was my “personal bubble” and she wasn't going to find any approval on what she was saying and that if my posts weren't of her liking, she could just stop seeing them.

She was even more pissed at this. She said she had the right to comment anywhere she wanted and no one would tell her what to do.

So my friends came out.
Boy, they tore her apart.

I remember a point in the discussion when she said “You say my brain is so limited, I wonder how I got my PhD” and my friend answered with “I wonder that also”.
This is a woman who's used to make everyone feel scared. This woman threats her own boss. This woman makes people get anxiety crisis when she is contradicted. And now people were just throwing shit in her face without fear regardless of what she said.

Thing is, at work, everyone was reading that.

And when I say at work, I mean, every unity in the coutry. Over 800 public workers were following my boss arguing with 18 year olds the entire day and being turned into a meme. People were stopping me in the corridors to ask for updates.

At some point she realized what was happening and she no longer was able to go to work. She was too embarrassed and her ego was too fragile. She got transferred to another state and I haven't heard of her for 4 years now. And what made her more furious is that her main weapon was always threats of sueing the person. But I didn't say anything. I only said she'd not find approval in my Facebook. She couldn't threaten me.

She sent me a text before she left saying that my friends had hurt her. I didn't answer. I was too occupied thanking each of them.
