My girlfriends boss just posted a video of her falling at work then laughing about it to their group chat of 15+ people. I am very pissed about it and at first she was too but now she is just shaking it off as a joke. Is there anything legally that I can do to help that? I mean it's super wrong of them to do, but it feels wrong to not do anything about it? But it is pretty etty minor so I might be overthinking it, what do you guys think?
