My job didn’t pay me. Who can I report them to?

I looked on my punches and saw that on day where I had no absences and worked 8 hours I was being paid for less than 5 hrs. There was more than one instance of this. I'm broke as hell and can't do much for a lawyer. What can I do? I live in Tucson Arizona if that matters.
