What can I do about this? We have a union, are a hospital and are in the state of WA Edited to elaborate: we have designated smoking areas, but the hospital doesn’t enforce them. Essentially the majority of staff smoke two feet from the entrance, next to stair wells, etc. Complained to management and they just asked that people “try” to smoke in designated areas.
