My employer recently let me go. Whatever – not gonna get into that.
But they're not paying me out for my final month commission. The commission rate was based off of total $ enrolled X a percentage based off total units sold.
I was let go 4 days before the month was over, which means I lost out on a lot of commission opportunity as my rate on the amount enrolled would be based off of those last 4 days – However, that's not why I'm posting.
I'm posting because I did not receive commission at all on my final paycheck for this month.
Which, based off my enrollment, would be anywhere between $5000-$8,500 in commission (I'm not sure how many units I've sold at this point because I'm locked out, and there are people that cancel.)
So what do I do? I contacted HR but they have yet to say anything.
