This also applies to working from home, they every one posts in the group chat with ALL teams. I understand telling your supervisor and team that you’ll be out, but the precedent set of people saying that they’re sick, working remotely that day, etc. gives me anxiety. I always fear they’ll think I’m lying about being sick or lazy. Also, as someone with a chronic illness that I like to keep private, it’s no one’s fucking business why I’m out.
