Salary Employees– As a reminder, salary employees were paid for the week of June 6th and June 13th on Friday, June 17th. Therefore, your July 1st paycheck will only include one week as previously communicated. This is to align us with the USLBM pay cycle. For those that were part of the pay classification change effective on June 20th moving you from salary to hourly, this applies to you also.
So I read this and thought, “Oh, that's annoying, but at least my next check will have three weeks of pay. No big deal.”
Nope. I don't get that extra week until I quit, or until I die. We live check to check and I have two children. This fucking sucks. How is this even legal? We were just bought out by a bigger company and they forced a lot of us salary people to hourly.
