They have complained about how hard it is to keep employees lately.
Now normally I don't have too many complaints about my job. We have amazing benefits for being based in the US. I pay nothing for my healthcare, I get 4 weeks PTO a year, an ESOP that we don't have to buy into, but our pay has always been on the lower end for what we do.
This was it. I've been here 5 years and this is a slap in the face. Base pay going up $2 an hour, but you only get a raise if you make below what the new threshold is? Get ready for me to find a new job.
