So I had just got off the phone with my mom and she was telling me what my boss had said to my dad about work. We're both school bus drivers and he's been there on and off for about 15 years. I've been at this job going on five years and yesterday I was about 20 minutes late (second time I had been late ever the first time in over 2 years) and my supervisor had told him if I was late again I was fired. I don't make what I should be making, take on double bus loads with little to no heads up, and deal with special needs children on my bus run. What bothers me the most is my mom said I can't say anything about it because my dad told her that in confidence and would get him in trouble if I did. My wife also told me not to do anything about it because she's afraid of negative repercussions if I confronted them. I'm sick of it.
