My local “woke” bakery is trying to shift blame onto her ex-employees for her toxic environment and is not being transparent with pay saying we have a work ethic shortage. Uses right-wing philosophy when it benefits her. We don’t have a red vs. blue issue; we have a COMPLETE SYSTEMIC issue.
