My manager didn’t want to give me days off.

I am on an internship organized by the Employment Office and I have a different contract than the employees of the company where I have my internship. I can go on for a long time about what happened there, but in short, I contacted the employment office to make sure that the manager couldn't deny me my days off, and eventually I received them, but I was treated as the worst one, who doesn't appreciate the fact that after the internship I was offered a replacement employment contract. Yes, after a year of hard work they offered me such a contract because one of the employees had some kind of operation and is on sick leave.
