She is an amazing communicator but she forgets what she had said previously and gas lights two of the new employees (including me) that we need to change our ways. I understand that we need to learn but man give me some space to do that. I am just venting here, but would want to know how common is it for bosses to micro manage and then say that they are having to do all the work? And does this ever end? And if yes, how to put an end to the micromanagement?
