My manager tells me to find someone to cover my shift after informing her that I’m sick and can’t come into work that day

Is this reasonable? I’ve been working at Subway for about 2 weeks now and had called in sick today with a fever of 38.7 and was bedridden after work yesterday. It might be covid, Idk I’m still waiting on a result. I was already having persistent headaches days before I fell very ill and still went to work. I texted her a paragraph as early in the morning as I could wake up, at like 5:50am (6 hours or so before my shift), saying that I’m really sorry and that I couldn’t come into work and explained the situation a little. she just replied, “so what you need to do is to find someone to cover your shift.” I barely know ANYONE at the store. she only suggested a co worker of mine to cover, I asked him and can’t thank him enough for covering me. I just want to know if this is a red flag in the job that I am working? It made me feel like even more crap as I felt like she was mad at me for being sick. Like, I can’t help it. I was honestly considering just coming in after that.
