She is having major health problems and called her boss from the hospital to say she will be back in 6 weeks for medical leave. (Not sure if it’s relevant, but she was in a state of hallucination when she called her boss).
Now her coworkers are calling her saying that the boss plans on firing her. I feel like this is illegal?
Hoping to hear if anyone has precautionary tips/advice on how she can come out on top of this situation?
(She works at a nursing home and the management is horrible and always pulls BS on employees I used to work there too)
