My (non communicated) termination

So I have worked at this hotel as a valet for more than 3 years while I am still in my undergrad to pay for school. Started out at 7.50 an hour with tips (not guaranteed of course). Decent but not enough, so I started ubering after my 3-11p shift. Worked prior to COVID, then got shut down for quarantine. Came back to a management overhaul, which led to frequent schedule meddling. Working 3 double shifts a week as a student. Frequent days off taken away from me due to “open shifts”. Worked with people who would leave early and show up late, forcing me to cover an extra two hours of my shift. Came in one day to request one day off an entire month ahead, to which was declined a mere 2 hours later. I was told I would be terminated for not taking my job seriously.
